Took a Bosch oven door in with a broken glass front. Inquired if it could be repaired & was met with not very much interest. Was informed that an engineer would call me later that afternoon. I said shall I leave the door with you? No was the reply we will get in touch. This was Monday, it is now Friday evening and I have not heard a word from them. In the mean time I went onto the Bosch website, ordered the replacement glass at a small cost of £27.00 Received it yesterday & replaced it myself today. So thank you Premier you probably saved me a lot of money by being so impolite as to not get back to me. Will never consider recommending you or using you again in any shape or form.
