Never have I ever been treated so badly by staff. We were standing in the queue to buy hairspray when a member of staff demanded to know why we were there and if we were going to buy something. It was so embarrassing and I genuinely do not know what possessed her to treat people in that way. I assume she felt it was okay to treat us like that because we're students and young; I cannot imagine she'd talk to a parent in that manner. When we left we had customers from their store coming up to us and expressing how shocked they were at what they overheard and saw. I hope the manager sorts this issue out as the other team members were really polite when I talked to them about it- and its a real shame one person let down a whole team. I personally will never buy an item from this store.
