Unfortunately, having used Premier for a number of repairs, I made the mistake of buying a dishwasher from them. And the even bigger mistake of not getting their promise of an extended warranty on parts and labour in writing at the time. Now they deny all knowledge of it, the salesman who sold it to me has conveniently left the company and I am stuck with a dishwasher that I would never have bought from them if I hadn't had some assurances beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty.
My advice - be careful, get it in writing!
