This is the worse travel agent i have every had dealings with we spent over £6500 on our holiday and they got a name incorrect on our order form that did not appear on my partners passport ,they wanted to charge me an admin fee of £50 which i refused to pay this has left a very uncomfortable feeling and i really wish i had gone else where i will never be using them again ,i have rang Cusotmer Relations who informed someone would call me back well i am still waitng for that call some 3 hours later , we are suppose to be flying out on our holiday on Sunday ,,i highly recommend thet you avoid using these very unhelpful people ,,customer services not existing ,Dave Brown
