We purchased a Nissan Micra from Lee Mellor Trading as wesellsmallcars.co.uk also known as CARSMART SOUTHAMPTON LTD also known as and leeeverton111: on Ebay for £670 on 8th May 2021. Just 14 days later 22 May 2021 it became apparent that the vehicle had a serious electrical fault. The car refused to start even turn over turn to key and nothing! all dash lights light up like a Christmas tree even with or without key in ignition. After several attempts we managed to get the vehicle started however the engine then wouldn’t turn off and stayed running even with the key removed. After further investigation we also discovered that the chassis was twisted. (Vehicle was mot`d just 4 months ago. We promptly contacted lee to let him know that the car was dangerous and not safe to drive/ Lee Mellor is a motor trader. By law, the dealer must sell you a vehicle that is roadworthy and as advertised. The car will come with three months cover and will be free of charge. It covers a limited number of faults, mainly to do with major components. It will not cover wear and tear and will also exclude most parts.
