Well today we had to pay the £25 to get my partners name on the order form so as we could go on our holiday ,,my partner is very upset abouth this whole situation as we were not asking for a complete chance of name but to chance it to the correct spelling which is on the passport ,, i highly recommend you not to go any where near this so called travel agent ,,as they have no customer service skills what so ever .
