I joined the dentist as a student of the university, on my first appointment I was left waiting for over 40 minutes. I received acknowledgment from only one member of staff, a member of staff (I assume dental nurse) kept walking past me with no care to how I was or when my appointment was. After a ridiculous check up I was then charged £18 for awful service, I left feeling upset as the dental nurse was being rude and the actual dentist didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. The only good member of staff there was the receptionist who was at least trying to offer help. I will not be returning there other then to get my refund.
